When disaster strikes, what can we do?

Currently it seems the world is in chaos, the Amazon Rainforest has been on fire for 3 weeks now with no containment, America is kidnapping innocent immigrant children from their parents and keeping them in detention centers. Innocent minorities are being killed or locked up for life merely because of their skin color. Women are slowly losing their reproductive rights and still don't have equal pay. It seems that everything going on is because of the segregation that we constantly put between one another, in a world thats pretending everything is fine and dandy. The president won't admit to his projecting and promoting racism but all the actions of increasing hate crimes and police brutality in America clearly reflect his ruling. Even our increasing reliance towards technology reflects our separation from humanity and nature. We our so detached from ourselves and reality that all we can rely on is material enjoyment and the virtual fantasy of the internet. Now is the time to put ourselves back into reality, into nature, into real social issues affecting all of humanity. Everything YOU do matters, it's easy to become depressed and immobile with everything going on, but we all have the power to make a change. Every action we take reflects our beliefs and tells the world what we want to change. And it all starts with acceptance and beliefs, so if we accept the true current reality, the current culture of ignorance, segregation and extreme discrimination and abandonment of our natural environment we can at least start to educate one another and help the world regain our humanity and oneness with one another and nature. Understanding that we are all one with each other and nature, going beyond any shallow, material differences we can start to heal the world. We cannot forget the sad truth of our reality and we must continue to fight to change it. The fight is never over, we join together and become stronger against extreme hate and violence.
